Terms of Use — Nemo

1. Overview

Nemo: Your Task Assistant (the “App”) is an AI-powered productivity tool that helps users manage tasks, generate summaries, and perform other automated actions. Some features require creating an account and subscribing to paid plans. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and remain responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

5. Refunds

All payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s support: https://support.apple.com/billing.

6. AI-Generated Content

The App provides content generated by machine learning models. This content may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable. You agree that:

• AI content is for informational purposes.
• You use AI output at your own risk.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer, manipulate, or hack the App
• Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Interfere with the App’s functionality or security

Violation of these terms may result in account termination.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect personal information including your name and email address when you create an account. Additional data such as usage activity may be collected to improve the App. Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy: /privacy-policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, code, trademarks, and design elements within the App are owned by 13698301 Canada Inc. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of AI content, or error-free performance.

12. Limitation of Liability

13698301 Canada Inc is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Errors from AI-generated output
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Misuse of the App by the user

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
